When the machine is broken, or vessel is reaching a repair yard, machining and finishing of spare part is difficult. Our solution for this kind of situations is several cast ingots that can be used for final machining by customer.

Keskipakovalu deliver continuous cast ingots like round or flat bars as a demand of customer. Centrifugal casting is used for rotary parts, tubes, large sealings and flanges.

When you are ordering cast products from us you must take care of tooling allowances in machining and finishing. When those matters are well considered the work is half done. Allowances should be taking into account during designing phase of the work because they have an effect of side of ordered cast parts.
