Tough tin bronze for demanding conditions
CuSn10 is a tough tin bronze also known as Tp10 and Promet 10 — in international standards the material appears under the designations JM2 and CC480K. The alloy has a high elongation and excellent resistance to cavitation and corrosion. CuSn10 is seawater-resistant and is particularly suited to high-speed applications where impact-type loads are permitted.
